Master Pieces!

Well Spring has finally arrived! This weekend we decided to do some yard work around the house and put away some of our winter stuff. It's so nice to see the flowers starting to bloom and the grass getting greener by the day. We also realized that Bella didn't have a big girl bike, so off to Canadian Tire we went to search for the perfect bike. As soon as we walked in we spotted the most beautiful pink bike! Bella had to make sure that she rode in all the way to the cash register. She still hasn't mastered how to use the pedals, at this point most of the time I'm just pushing her around, but i'm sure after a few times she'll master it! We'd also like to show off some of her art work. Bella can now draw happy faces, the sun, flowers and balloons...Not bad for a 2 year old!

GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes we are going to be welcoming another sweet baby girl into the Wheaton family on September 11, 2008. WE had our ultrasound yesterday and the technician said she wasn't shy one bit, legs wide open! Oh boy, again we are in trouble. I think Jamie was a little surprised to find out it was a girl, since he was almost positive we were having a boy. We are thrilled that Bella will be able to have a little sister so close in age, as is Bella since all she ever wanted was a sister through my whole pregnancy.

We are also starting to see some signs of spring here in Freddy Beach, i even spotted some beautiful purple flowers in my garden and a wasp to accompany it. The kids were so excited today when I decided to have a picnic outside, they were jumping around and just soaking up the rays of the beautiful sun!!! Hopefully only a few more days of snow and then it will be all gone.

So this Blog is for Gloria Dean, because she says that I don't blog enough. The problem is, is that I facebook all my pictures so I just pressume that everyone is getting enough of an update that way. But for those of you who dare not Facebook, here is another blog. This weekend we celebreated Darlene Lyons 5oth birthday at City Limits. She had a great crowd of people there, and although i'm not sure if she was surprised or not, she seemed to have a great time. Jamie and Jody had a hockey tournament in Moncton this weekend. Unfortunately they got their butts kicked..or at least that is what the rumor was. Oh well i guess they just aren't ready for the big time yet, maybe next year. I think the amount of beer drank during the games didn't help the team that much either. Bella and myself headed to Saint John with our friend Nicolle and watched her sister in a cheerleading competition. Bella has now informed us that she as well is going to be a cheerleader and she's going to throw all her little friends up in the air when they come to visit. God help us all!
